  • Onset 35- 55 years
  • Clinical
    • Chorea
    • abnormal/changes in behavior
    • dementia  
    • family history
  • Usually fatal 15-20 years from onset
  • No cure or specific treatment
  • Can consider genetic testing prior to having children
