Gall bladder polyps
- Usually inflammatory pseudo-polyps – may consider colecystectomy if symptomatic
- Adenomatous polyps are rare -can be premalignant
- Increased side > 10mm suspicious – cholecystectomy
- If have IBD or Primary sclerosing cholangitis increased risk malignancy
- Often managed with repeat USS to ensure no growth
